Hot Chix Simple ORIGINAL Baked Hot Wings Recipe

Servings: 2 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 15-20 Wings and/or Drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 cup of Hot Chix Extra Hot Sauce or Original

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Line large oven pan with aluminum foil. Spray aluminum foil with Pam and lay chicken wings out across pan.
  3. Place pan in oven. Bake for 20 min and flip then leave in for remaining 10 min.
  4. Toss in hot sauce. Serve.

Hot Chix Breaded Extra Hot Chicken Strips

Cook Time: 10 min
Servings: 8 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2 inch strips)
  • 1 quart oil for frying
  • 1 egg beaten 
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup of Hot Chix Extra Hot Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Place chicken strips into a large ziploc. Mix the egg, buttermilk and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour into bag with chicken then seal and refrigerate for around 2 hours.
  2. In another large ziploc, mix together the flour, bread crumbs, salt and baking powder. Remove and dry chicken from bag. Place chicken in flour mixture. Seal and shake to coat.
  3. Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet to 375 degrees F.
  4. Carefully place coated chicken in hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Toss in hot sauce. Serve.
